Product: HP Envy Inspire 7955e
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought the above printer 6 weeks ago. It was working fine, then suddenly it stopped scanning from the document feeder.  I have run the diagnostics, HP Doctor Print and Scan, HP Smart (I always change from Glass to Document Feeder, but it will not not work. It always goes to the glass which is useless because I have to scan 20 pages of information each time.

Check the resolution.
Max. 300 dpi!
