I understand your HP ENVY Photo 7858 All-In-One Printer is showing a carriage jam error but there's no paper jam or visible obstruction, you can try the following steps to resolve the issue:
Reset the Printer:

- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
Check for Obstructions:
