I have a print carriage jam which cannot be fixed. I need a new printer and have an extended warranty with my HP+ plan. However, I am getting the run around from HP and they will not get back to me. I have had to call several times and am told they have escalated the case but still no return email or phone calls as promised.

I would like to get a new printer as mine carriage is jammed and cannot be fixed.
