HP Smart Tank 675 All-in-One

I purchased Ink Tank Printer 675 Model last year. From the 1st week of purchase, i am facing paper feed issues.  I raised 8 service request till today and it repeats every time.  I am keep on sending mails to service head for replacement, but it is of no use.  No one responds either.  I have no hope on services as the issue repeats every month.

 

I have raised complaint in consumer helpline today.  what is the process to file complaint in consumer court to get replacement or refund.

The most recent service was carried out during the second week of April 2025. However, the same issue reoccurred in the first week of June. I subsequently raised a new service request (Case Number: [edited]) on June 3, 2025, and a service engineer visited again to inspect the problem.

I need to approach consumer court as the services are not efficient and HP is not replacing the faulty product.
