Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M148dw
My HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M148dw has a message "Load tray 1 Plain, letter. I have taken paper out of tray and moved the rails but still will not work. Looking for suggestions on how to get rid of this error message and get my printing back, thanks.

You need to ensure that the paper sizes and types on your computer and on your printer match.
If your printer is set to print on A4 and you send a print job size letter the printer will inform you to load tray 1 plain letter.
