Can anyone please guide me to where can someone get training to troubleshoot (laser printer parts replacement)? Does HP have any institute or something like that?

Yes, but you need to work in an authorised service centre to have access to learning.

 

Otherwise, you can download a troubleshooting manual for a printer you are interested in and train yourself.
