HP Recommended

HP Printer Laser Jet MFP Pro29w is going on 2 yrs old.  It is only a black & white printer, and is sending me an error message "Paper Jam" on the printer and via my monitor when I select printers under settings.  I have check the three sites suggested under HP printer jam directions and no paper is seen.  I don't find any other  access points to check any other areas. I looked all around the outside of the printer and can not locate the model # info.   I am  lost how to proceed and am very frustrated. Help please, thanks!
