An old printer, I know. So, when I print 1 page, the printer prints the page and also feeds an extra blank page. When I print more than 1, the second page starts printing when in the middle of the extra feed page and it jams. No idea what caused it. I hadn't touched it and I rarely need to use the printer, but it started happening a few weeks ago and I'm tired of dealing with this.

Check the paper size setting on the printer. Sounds like the size is set wrong or you have a bad sensor in the paper path.

There is a pick up solenoid that releases a gear that turns the pick up roller.  As the pad on the solenoid wears out, it will stick allowing the pick up roller to feed prematurely.  Solenoid is part of the paper pick up assembly RM1-2091-000CN.

I think this may be the issue because the paper size is correct on the settings. I will look into it.

The paper size is correct, so I guess it's either the sensor or solenoid. It just keeps on trying to feed paper, even if there is none.
