HP M477fdw Paper jam in the rear door I wanted to remove, but the paper is cracked and left inside. I cannot see any paper in at the back any more. How can I open the back and free the paper from the rollers ? Any suggestions ?

You will likely need to remove the fuser assembly from the printer to get the jammed paper out. Access without doing that is just too minimal. If you check youtube you should be able to find a video on how to replace the fuser assembly and that will be the same steps. Be careful when removing the paper that you do not damage the rollers as they are soft. Avoid using any sharp items.
