Product: HP M507
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP M507 had boot issue.  Replaced formatter board and printer came ready.  Attempted to print configuration and get paper size error in tray 2.  Tray 1 prints okay.  Paper tray settings correct in setup and try 2 does not appear damaged and is set to 8.5 x 11 size.  Thinking to replace formatter board again.  Looking for alternate suggestions

Recheck all your wiring to make sure you did not leave a connector loose.

Were you able to fix this issue? Client began seeing this error on their M507 out of the blue three months outside of warranty period. The only things replaced have been toner cartridges.
