Hi all,

The printer is connecting to my windows PC. I open the scan program inside HP smart and try to scan. It shows Scanner Problem.

I try to use windows scan app and it shows paper jam error.

The weird thing is that I can scan to usb both from flatbed and feeder.
I can copy both from flatbed and feeder.

So I am quite sure the scanning module is working normally.

Besides, I have updated to latest firmware.

What else I can do to restore the PC scanning feature.

After extensive search from google, I finally fix it by enabling webscan under hidden menu in front of the printer.

Go to the printer, make sure it is on, tap home, back (return), home and back (return) on the screen. You will the get an enable/disable option that comes up at the top of the screen. tap enable/disable and scroll down to webscan and enable it.
