HP OFFICEJET PRO 8710 PROBLEM FEEDING ADDRESS LABELS

I have NEVER had a problem printing address labels before. Now my Officejet Pro 8710 won't feed the Avery Address labels properly. I have used the same labels with this printer for years and never had a problem. It does eventually pick it up and feed it. When it comes out the top 2" inches of what is to print is cut off. I tried to clean it per the HP youtube video. That didn't work. Other than the label issue this printer works great. How can I fix this? I need to print labels.

If cleaning does not help, it is possible that the printer is showing the results of years of service.

Next,

If you have not already done so,

Try / Consider

Look for a different paper type setting in EWS to use with your label sheets.

For example,

If you have it, for EWS > Tray and Paper > try Media type "Specialty Paper - Matte"

and

In your print job, select Media type / paper type "Thick", "Brochure - Matte"

Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Tab Settings > Preferences > Tray and Paper Management

Model Dependent:  Advanced section

Click Apply to save changes
