My OfficeJet 250 Mobile All in One printer will not allow paper to feed on one side only. No issues up until this point. I have tried to make sure nothing is stuck in there and it doesn't appear to have anything jammed inside.

Hello,

Here are some steps you can try to resolve the paper feed problem with your HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile All-in-One printer:

Check the Paper Quality: Ensure the paper you're using is not bent, torn, or damp. Sometimes, uneven paper can cause feeding issues.

Clean the Paper Pick Roller: Use a damp cotton swab to gently clean the paper pick roller. This can help remove any dust or debris that might be affecting the feed mechanism.

Reset the Printer: Turn off the printer, disconnect the power cord and battery, and wait for about a minute. Then reconnect everything and power it back on.

Inspect the Input Tray: Double-check the input tray for any obstructions or misaligned paper guides. Make sure the paper is loaded correctly.

Service the Printer: If the issue persists, it might be time to contact HP support or take the printer to a service center for further assistance.
