HP Office Jet 250 Mobile All-In-One paper will not feed on one side only

My OfficeJet 250 Mobile All in One printer will not allow paper to feed on one side only. No issues up until this point. I have tried to make sure nothing is stuck in there and it doesn't appear to have anything jammed inside.
