Product: HP OfficeJet 9012e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Document feed no longer working.  When I place a document in the top load document feeder it shows "document loaded"and tries to pull the document into the feeder but I get this message instead:  "The document feeder was not able to pick up the original." 

Can this be repaired?
