macOS 10.14 Mojave

When I try to print the rollers on the underside don't work together, thus causing a paper jam. Printer is 1-1/2 years old. Shouldn't be a problem. Help

Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your MAC.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Perform the steps mentioned in this document - Paper Jam Error

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
