@matblack, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

A 0x error indicates a hardware issue with the printer. Perform the steps mentioned in this document - '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your MAC.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Also, make sure the print carriage moves freely and there are no jams inside the printer.

Kindly refer to the steps mentioned in this document - Paper Jam Error
