Hello Support Team
Printer HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series
Model: 9012
[Personal Information Removed]
Error Message: "Close Tray"
The paper tray is open. Make sure the paper you want to use is loaded, and then close the tray to continue.
I've did everything like in your youtube channel and still have the same issue! I read about it in the community and people says that it is hardware related!
Please help me what should I do.. my warranty is expired btw.
I am in Berlin, German, what should I do or where should I go ?

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are getting a paper tray error on the printer, I am glad to assist you.
You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
I hope this helps resolve this issue completely.
To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.
Cheers.
