HP OfficeJet 8022e All-in-One Printer

I have completely cleaned my printer from head to toe. I printed something and after the last print, it stated that there was a paper jam; however, there is none. It prints amazingly, but this error has been here for the last week. Can I reset it or something? Is there a sensor I hit? Someone help. Thanks!
