Tray 1 keeps saying no paper but paper is in tray. How the rollers from tray 1?

It would be great to have the exact message you are getting from the printer itself, so we can better understand the issue.

In any case, keep in mind these printers have 2 trays: the bottom one with the number 2 (also known as Tray 2), and the one in the left side you have to unfold to load paper, also known as Tray 1 or Manual Feed Tray.

In addition, you need to check the paper values for each tray. That way, you can let the printer know which paper size each tray physically has.

Another detail to consider is on the computer side of the things: before sending the job to the printer, check printing preferences so you can tell the printer it should grab paper from Tray2.

If you need further help you can call tech support if your printer is under warranty, or take the unit to a Certified Service Center for inspection if the unit is out of warranty.
