Hello, I hope someone may be able to help me (I am a 74-year-old paraplegic in a wheelchair) I am having difficulty in bending over to try and see the rolling mechanisms and why all of a sudden, the paper feed is just rolling, but not actually rolling the paper through; consequently, causing a paper Jam!  Coincidentally, this started when I opened and started to use a new ream of HP Paper, supplied by HP.

I am sorry to hear that the above steps did not help much but i do appreciate your efforts in performing the troubleshooting steps.

 

Refer to the steps on this link to restore factory defaults and let me know if that resolves the issue.
