HP Photosmart 7520 - Paper Feed Problem

Hello 

I have a HP Photosmart 7520 printer.

-The paper won't feed for printing. 

-The pickup roller mechanism on Right Side goes down to feed paper but the paper will not continue to feed for printing. 

-I have tried everything I could find on the Net. 

-Printer rollers cleaned, Diffuser cleaned, various paper tested 

The closest help I could find is this video but still not able to fix.

I watched the roller pickup and not moving to feed paper. 

I've spent a number of hours and cannot get this fixed.

If the paper pickup rollers drop down and do not rotate in that case it's time for a new printer.

If the paper pickup roller drops down rotates then they are dirty or worn out. To confirm use your hand (palm) to push the sheet to help the printer feed.

Thanks. #2 worked a few times. Expensive printer 4 years old. Very disappointed.

If the pushing paper with your palm is helpful then you didn't properly clean pickup rollers, they are still dirty and slipping

It's also possible that pickup rollers are so worn out that even cleanings are not helpful, in that case, it's time for a new printer.
