Paper Jams & Feed Issues. Front Panel Error: (No Paper) Put paper in the main tray and then OK. Putting paper in, but nothing helps.
Given the print command and looks inside, the pick rollers come down and land on the paper, but don't feed it further.
And again the message follows that the paper needs to be refilled. and pick rollers goes back in wait position.
Everything checked: rubbers (wheels) are unused and clean. No visual details seem bad, I followed the 5 steps (YouTube hp support) on the internet (reset, cleaning, inspecting, ...)
Description paper filling: the sheets must be placed so far that they cannot go any further. In my case, that's at the front of the main input tray.
Looking at the instruction video's about filling the paper seems the front position of the paper 1,5 cm more backward.
Instantly successfully so it seems, but directly even all the next (blank) pages, some even in a cluster of a few pages together.
What can be the hardware problem?

I just can't accept that my old type printer but still unused in the box will not work. With a common complaint it seems. I liked this advice. Since it's a common problem with HP printers, I thought it would be helpful to post it.

Better late than never for someone out there! HP 6600, suddenly won't pick up paper, there are a series of black gears leading to the pick rollers, the one attached to a metal shaft has come loose from the corrugated area, feels like cuts in the metal, the gears are no longer lined up, push the sprocket back to the rough part of the shaft, tilt the machine up and touch the shaft with a drop of super glue, wait 30 minutes for it to set.
"This solution is for people with a mechanical inclination"
Only... no idea which metal shaft is meant here. See the photos for the parts of the printer's paper take-up system. So... where that drop of super glue?
Does anyone have an idea?
