Product: HP Photosmart Premium TouchSmart Web All-in-One Printer - C309n

For some reason, my HP Photosmart Premium printer isn’t picking up paper for printing. I’ve taken out the back and checked the rollers, and they themselves work fine, but they’re not picking up the paper.
