Product: HP OfficeJet 8022e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Everything works as normal on the printer, except scanning documents from the feeder. When I place the documents in the feeder and hit scan-it scans the glass (even though I select document feeder). I have tried unplugging the printer and plugging it back in. I tried restarting my computer. Resetting to factory settings and then setting back up. I have tried updating the printer software. Enabling "Webscan." i'm not sure what else to do. I am trying to scan my documents to my computer to apply for a job but it won't let me. Any help would be much appreciated.
