Hello there, I bought this printer a few months ago with the hope that it was going to be a great printer. A few days after setting it up I started getting the ADF jam error, I have followed every recommendation to fix it, but the error happens even if I am not using the printer. It's driving me crazy because this is a brand-new printer.

I'm really sorry you're dealing with this issue, especially with a new printer. It can be so frustrating when things don't work as expected, and I understand how much this must be getting on your nerves. Let's try to figure it out together.
Perform the following tasks in the order given. Use the printer after each task to see if the issue is resolved.
Clear jammed paper from the printer
- Paper jams can occur in multiple areas of the printer. If you cannot find the paper jam in one area, continue to the next area until the jam is located.
