Product: HP Smart Tank Plus 651 Wireless All-in-One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer Carriage makes snapping noise when trying to move back and forth. Can move carriage freely by hand, No error message showing. No evidence of paper jam.

If the device is powered off, the carriage will normally move freely if not parked in the service station home location. However with the power on the carriage motor will cause the printer carriage to feel almost unmovable and if you do move it will fight back.
