The challenge is that most HP repair centers are typically focused on Enterprise level products, not consumer products. This in part because of the time required to troubleshoot and service a product makes a repair bill to high for most consumer product users. I would contact a local computer shop and inquire as they often will know someone who will work on printers. If just a regular maintenance most techs can handle it. But if you have specific problems, the cost of repair may exceed the replacement cost of the device.

If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution easier by giving kudos and marking my post as an accepted solution.
