Hi all,

 

is there someone that know an authorized HP center in Milan ?

 

HP says there's no, but where can I bring my printer for a preventive when out of warranty ?

The challenge is that most HP repair centers are typically focused on Enterprise level products, not consumer products. This in part because of the time required to troubleshoot and service a product makes a repair bill to high for most consumer product users. I would contact a local computer shop and inquire as they often will know someone who will work on printers. If just a regular maintenance most techs can handle it. But if you have specific problems, the cost of repair may exceed the replacement cost of the device.
