HP colour laser 150nw

Hi

I’ve just bought a colour laser 150nw printer from an auction site and it’s giving a paper jam error message when I try to print wirelessly. I have disconnected the mains lead, removed all trays and cartridges, held the power button down for 30 seconds when printer is off. Connected the power lead straight to wall socket and turned on and I’m still getting a paper jam status.
I’ve checked everywhere I can visible see and there is no paper…..please advise next steps to solve.

@LeanneGower, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Did you check the printer's functionality before buying the printer?

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Paper Jam Error

Reinsert the ink toner.

Check if the papers are loaded properly in the input tray, refer to - Loading Paper, Envelopes

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer.

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
