Hi @Samie24,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like the printing issue with your HP Envy Inspire 7200e, where the checks on your bank statements are printing too large and going off the page, could be due to a few different factors. Here are some steps you can take to try to resolve this issue.

Check Printer Settings:

  • Paper Size: Ensure that the paper size setting in your printer matches the paper size of the document you're trying to print (likely US Letter size, 8.5 x 11 inches).
  • Scaling: Check that there is no scaling or zoom option enabled in your printer settings. Sometimes, printers can automatically scale documents to fit, which might be enlarging the checks.
  • Margins: Make sure the margins are set correctly. Sometimes incorrect margin settings can cause parts of the document to be cut off.

Check Document Settings:

  • PDF Viewer Settings: If you're printing from a PDF, make sure the "Fit to Page" or "Scale to Fit" option is turned off in your PDF viewer. This can also cause documents to print larger than intended.
  • Image Size: If the checks are images in the document, they might have been inserted at a large size. Try resizing the images in the document before printing.

Calibration:

  • Printer Calibration: Some printers have calibration options in their settings. Check your printer's user manual to see if there's a calibration process you can run.
  • Print Head Alignment: Ensure the print head alignment is correct. Many printers have a utility for aligning the print head, which can sometimes resolve printing issues.

Software Update:

  • Printer Firmware: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. Sometimes, updating the printer's firmware can resolve printing problems.

Reinstallation:

  1. Reinstall Printer Drivers: If none of the above steps work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the printer drivers on your iPhone and iPad. Sometimes, driver issues can cause printing problems.

By going through these steps, you should hopefully be able to resolve the issue with the checks printing too large on your bank statements.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
