My HP laser jet pro MFP M277DW has been a wonderful printer, it works fine on single side printing. But without any change on its setting, computer or software settings, the PAPER JAM's and error comes up every time I use duplex printing, especially using legal size paper.
I am using a PC running on windows11.
This problem occurs after one side prints and when it pulls the paper back into the printer to print the duplex or the other side of the page.
Firmware and Software is the latest.
Please help.

Thanks for responding. Before posting, I cleaned the rollers in Tray 1 and 2 and remove all papers and readjust the paper guides on the tray. Tried the HP Scan Doctor and it didn't find any issues. Is there anything else that I can try? I opened the back, and the paper is getting into the roller's where the paper tray is. That is where it is jamming.
