The paper tray is sticking when I slide it into the printer.  It is getting more difficult each time I change the paper to slide the tray back into the printer.  It seems to be binding but I cannot see anything which is preventing it from sliding into the printer.  The printer sits on a desk and was initially turned so that the tray slid out without any support under it.  I have turned the printer so that the tray slides out onto the desk for support but that has not helped.

There is a metal cross bar under the paper tray at the front of the printer and I have seen those get bent when printer is not placed on a proper flat surface.

Thanks for your response.  We resolved the issue.  There was some sort of sticky residue on the bottom side of the tray that was also being transferred to the metal bar inside. Once that was cleaned, everything slid easily.

Thanks!
