13.2 on this model indicates that paper did not reach the top of form sensor. Does the printer attempt to feed at all? Do you get the same error if you try to print from the MP tray do you get the same error? If it prints from the MP tray, check the rollers in tray 2. If it does not feed from either tray then the TOF sensor is either broken or defective. Either situation is considered fatal and non-repairable.

Machine  does not attempt to feed from tray 2 or manual tray
