I finally found the problem... not sensors.  The Fuser shaft bushings were near frozen. Could hardly turn the shaft by rotating gear with my finger.   The stress caused by this rotating shaft caused the fuser gear to move slightly, thereby disrupting the roller gears.  I discovered this by removing the side cover and observing the rotating gears. The roller gears would rotate intermittently (stop, then go, then stop) while the motor gear would rotate continuously.  The Fuser gear shaft actually moved slightly, thereby disconnecting the roller gears.  When I took the  printer apart and removed the Fuser,  it was near frozen... very hard to rotate.  Since I am not going to use the fuser and it was removed from the printer, I sprayed WD40 on bushings and it rotated more freely.  I suspect that the printer wasn't used at work for several years and thereby  causing the problem with bushings/dryness.  Unfortunately it is not cost effective to replace the fuser.  I was able to print several pages without yellow LED error (before dismantling the printer) by turning the roller gears with my finger... thereby ejecting the paper out the top tray.

If you are really technical you could replace the bushings and the thermal paste inside the fuser film and it would work flawlessly. 🙂

Just a electronics enthusiast trying to fix everything.
