HP2620 doesn't take paper sheet without helping by hand

I have under 5 years old HP2620 printer. Printing quality is good, scanner is ok, but paper sheets must be pushed by hand for printing. I know that manual service costs at least as much as the new printer. Is there any diy way to fix the printer or must I buy e.g. new HP2720 printer?

HP2720 is low cost printer, so price isn't problem. But shall 2720 use the same ink cassettes than 2620?

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.

If you have not done so, you could try manually cleaning the paper rollers inside the printer.

 E4 error (Paper jam)
