HP7740 OfficeJet Pro - one sheet of 2 large labels - one whole label COMES OFF into my printer and I can not get it out

I can see - from the rear door but it is stuck - when I do get a little piece it just tears - CAN'T get my hands on enough to get a good grip to pull it. HELP ME please

I see that you are facing issues with your HP printer wherein the labels are getting stuck in the rollers of the unit.


I suggest that you follow the step 2 in this document to clean the rollers.
