Hi Team,

 

I purchased this product on 25 Jan 2025 and after delivering by Flipkart I have installed by seeing self-installation video of HP Official. Now I have raised complaint against the product to HP support desk, created a case for it. I am not seeing any progress of the case. After installation paper is getting Jammed when doing print out through ADF or give a printout request from laptop. One day technician visited my place and provided handbill (as Job Sheet) where it has mentioned that product has hardware issue, that's the reason printer is unable to take out print.

 

I want to replace this product, but service center is not giving DOA letter and offering service like a refurbished product to me.

 

I want to high light this case on high priority because this product is useless to me, nothing is performing.
