1. Restart the Printer:
- Turn off the printer, wait for 30 seconds, and then turn it back on.
2. Check for Firmware Updates:
- Ensure your printer’s firmware is up-to-date. Visit the HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 Support Page to download and install the latest firmware updates.
3. Check Printhead and Cartridges:
- Open the printer cover and remove the printhead.
- Inspect the printhead and cartridges for any visible damage or debris.
- Clean the printhead contacts with a lint-free cloth and distilled water if necessary.
- Reinsert the printhead and cartridges securely.
4. Run the Printhead Cleaning Utility:
- On the printer's control panel, navigate to Settings > Printhead Maintenance.
- Select Clean Printhead and follow the on-screen instructions.
5. Align Printhead:
- After cleaning, perform a printhead alignment. Go to Settings > Printhead Maintenance > Align Printhead.
6. Check Ink Levels:
- Ensure that all ink cartridges have sufficient ink. Replace any low or empty cartridges.
7. Reset the Printer:
- Disconnect the printer from the power source while it is on.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait for 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer and turn it on.
8. Reinstall Printer Drivers:
- Uninstall the printer drivers from your Windows 11 computer.
- Visit the HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 Drivers and Software Page and download the latest drivers.
- Follow the instructions to reinstall the printer drivers.
9. Use HP Print and Scan Doctor:
- Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor.
