HP Envy 4511
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm attempting to print on a heavyweight sticker paper, specifically made by The Paper Studio. My HP Envy 4511 printer has four paper type options: plain, photo, specialty (glossy), and specialty (matte). First, I selected the specialty matte option, and the sheet would get jammed. Then, I tried printing under the "photo paper" setting and it worked! Sort of... Now my issue is that the image doesn't print onto the entire page. Out of 4 rows, only the top one made it. I tried flipping it around to see if that worked, but the same thing happened, only 180 degrees rotated. Can someone tell me what to do? It's obviously possible, I just haven't figured it out myself yet.

Thank you in advance.

That printer model doesn't support printing on heavyweight media, you will spend a lot of time and waste a lot of paper to get it right.
