HP Recommended

Hi. I have a HP 7740 all in one printer and I am having a problem with printing 11 x 17 photo paper. When the print begins, the paper doesn't seem to load properly and only half the image gets printed. There are some squeaks that I hear as the paper is loading. Is this a fixable problem or time for a new printer? any help would be greatly appreciated!!
