Hi @Fitzys,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

The error code 13.10.14 on an HP printer indicates a paper jam in the output bin or potentially in the rear door area.

1. Check the output bin: Look for any paper that may be protruding from the output tray and gently remove it.

2. Open the rear door: Locate and open the rear door on the printer. This is where paper jams often occur.

3. Remove jammed paper: Carefully inspect the rear door area and remove any jammed paper.

4. Open the front door: If the jam persists, open the front door as well.

5. Inspect the fuser area (if needed): If the jam is in the rear door and difficult to access, it might be in the fuser area. This area is typically hot, so ensure it has cooled down before attempting to remove any paper.

6. Clean the paper feed rollers: Dust and debris can sometimes cause paper jams. Clean the paper feed rollers inside the printer.

7. Consider a printer reset: If the jam persists, try resetting the printer by powering it off, unplugging the power cord for 60 seconds, and then plugging it back in and powering it on.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
