Product: HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Recently we purchased a Cricket Art machine.  We would like print on sticker paper. Therefore the paper is very thick.  When I try to print even with no other paper in the paper tray, it still gets jammed.  How do I change the thickness?  It is 8x11.5 paper.

Not possible, that printer doesn't support thick paper.
