Hey folks,

I'm a Konica technician working on a HP M806 getting a 13.64.A2 error.  I don't have an official service manual (I don't believe) as it seems to be incomplete;.. but with this error, ended up ordering a Pressure Roller Assembly which I failed to replace, and the Stack Ejection Motor.  I replaced the motor but when my user test printed, the documents did not exit thru the finisher.  Does anyone know how to re-enable the finisher?  I read how to somewhere online but cannot find

Does the finisher work if you test it from the control panel? Does the configuration page that is printed from the reports menu show that the finisher is installed? if not, check all your wiring. Once a functional finisher is attached it should work. From the printing side, the driver on the computer may not be configured. Does the finisher initialize when you turn the printer on? The bins should cycle during the startup. You can also test by making a copy and selecting what bin to exit to.
