How do I successfully print on CD envelopes with a 9130e? I cant get printer to recognize 5x5 env.

I have loaded 5x5 CD envelopes in both Main tray and Tray 2.  When prompted, I changed the paper size on the printer to 5x5 thick.  My printing copy is from a 5x5 MSWord page.  When printer ques up, it says paper mismatch.  I tell it to print anyway, then it says "paper is too short" and it cancels the job.  How can I fix this??
