Product: HP DesignJet T920 36-in PostScript Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP DesignJet T920.  i keep getting the 81.01 paper jam error message, even though there is no paper jam.  I've researched and the research suggests that I clean the optical senso of the drive roller encoder.   How do I do this?

Your assistance is greatly appreciated in advance!.
