Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

It would be nice if HP would help people once in a while!   How many people have to post with the same problem before someone steps in?  This is ridiculous.

 

OfficeJet 6500A series - 710n

 

Printer does not feed the paper. 

Arm comes down but wheels on arm do not spin to feed paper until after you get a "load paper" message.  Tray is full of paper!  Wheels do not activate when they should period.  This is a software update issue.
