Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I'm trying to print a USPS shipping label that is 4.25" x 5.5" on an HP Envy 7855.  When I load the label on the bottom/paper tray it tells me to load it in the photo tray.  When I load it in the photo tray the spring loaded guides curl up the paper and it jams.  Can I print on a 4.25" x 5.5" label in this printer, if so how?  Thank you
