Hi @Toto_25,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP wireless ink tank printer is experiencing issues with paper feeding and the print rollers seem to be the likely culprit, here's how you can clean them.

  • Turn off the printer: Before you start cleaning, make sure the printer is turned off and unplugged from the power source to avoid any accidents.
  • Open the printer: Locate the paper input tray and remove any paper that may be loaded in it. Open any access doors or panels that provide access to the print rollers. Refer to your printer's manual if you're unsure how to do this.
  • Inspect the rollers: Take a close look at the print rollers. Look for any debris, paper dust, or foreign objects that may be stuck on them. These can often cause feeding issues.
  • Clean the rollers: You can clean the rollers using a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or isopropyl alcohol. Gently wipe the rollers to remove any dirt or debris. You can also use compressed air to blow away any stubborn debris.
  • Rotate the rollers: While you have access to the rollers, manually rotate them to ensure they move freely without any obstructions.
  • Let it dry: If you used a damp cloth or alcohol for cleaning, allow the rollers to dry completely before reassembling the printer.
  • Reassemble and test: Once the rollers are clean and dry, reassemble the printer by closing any access doors or panels. Reload the paper input tray with fresh, clean paper. Plug the printer back in and turn it on. Try printing a test page to see if the issue has been resolved.

If cleaning the rollers doesn't solve the problem, there may be other underlying issues causing the paper feeding errors.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
