Does anybody know how to contact an actual person at HP. I've been going back and forth with "Support" since June 16 regarding an issue with my printer. After 2 chats, several emails, and a LONG Twitter exchange, there has been no action. Despite repeated assurances that the "support team" will be in touch, and that "your request has been expedited," there's nothing to show for hours of effort to get this issue resolved. Does anyone at HP actually provide service?

Hello Hawks_Eye. Good to hear from somebody! My query in the "community" was more out of frustration than anything else. I've been going round and round with HP Support for a month and a half because my printer broke down while under warranty. After many chats, emails, conversations, etc., the issue still is unresolved. Support told me mid-June that a replacement printer would be sent. I'm still waiting. Last convo was Friday with an "expediting" support person. She assured me she'd get back to me by end of day. I'm still waiting. Is any company's Support program worse than HP's?
