Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Hello, 

My hp 7740 printer keeps jamming my paper while printing.  This happened after 1 paper jam and I removed the paper out. 

The jam always happens in the ink cartridge area.  

I have tried resetting my printer, updating the firmware, and checking if paper is inside. but nothing worked for me. 

I had my printer for a year now and it has always been a good printer. Anyone can assist me with this ?
