This is my mums printer.. very tempted to take the whole thing apart, but I have decided to ask the community first. Recently it has started to give an error message saying 'no paper'. There is plenty of paper. Sometimes after it has told me there is no paper and I press ok, it then prints. but most times I can just hear the rollers spinning. Mum has not changed the type of paper and today I have checked the rollers to see if they are dusty and they seem ok.. I have followed most of the online help and limited the amount of paper to 25/ and then put it to full.. but nothing seems to make it work. pretty frustrating.. I have even found a more textured piece of paper and put it in.. to see if the rollers prefer that texture. ... not really. Would it be because its on its way out? Hope someone can help. Thankyou. 🙂
